My first impressions of this record responded to what I took in as raw energy, pure expression. With repeat listening of "Nation Time" I am more appreciating the compositional elements, the instrumentation, the discipline. The spoken-word interludes become more meaningful with each listen. Powerful, epic. Don't sleep. Favorite track: Riding 4 Big Floyd.
